Enhancements:
Subscription Start Date
The subscription start date is now auto-populated based on two criteria:
- The selected plan date, and
- the selected day of the week.
Ezypay users can adjust the start date if it is not suitable.
Example:
An Ezypay user creates a plan to bill $10 every Wednesday. However, while assigning the subscription to the customer, the default date is set to Thursday, August 15th (to bill immediately). If overlooked, the customer is billed on August 15th, with future payments scheduled every Thursday instead of Wednesday.
This enhancement helps avoid such situations.
Future Invoice Start Dates
Ezypay users can now edit both the amount and start date of future invoices, providing greater flexibility when managing subscriptions.
Example:
A customer is billed $200 monthly on the 15th. On September 15th, the customer requests to combine September and October payments into a single invoice of $400 for October. With this new feature, an Ezypay user can adjust the October invoice date and amount without needing to remove the invoice or create an on-demand payment.
This ensures all payments remain linked to the subscription for accurate tracking and reporting.
Benefits:
- Future invoices can be edited within the billing cycle range.
- The ‘Future Invoices’ table and ‘Next Billing’ details are automatically updated after changes.
Mobile UI Enhancements
The mobile interface has been improved for a smoother experience:
- Recent Customers:
- The ‘Recent Customers’ section now displays complete details (Name, Email, Date Added, and Phone Number) without truncation or alignment issues.
- On desktop, hovering over Dashboard page’s cards no longer shows a pointer unless the card is clickable.
- Improved Scrolling:
- The entire Plan page can now be scrolled on mobile, eliminating the instance of a small scrolling section in the Subscribed Customers view.
- The search bar and filter remain integrated with the customer table.
- Header Adjustments:
- Business location details no longer overlap with the page header on mobile devices. Business location changes remain accessible without interference with the page title.

Customer Receipt Feature Update
The customer receipt download button is now available exclusively for Ezypay users with the Customer Receipt feature enabled.
