Why am I receiving this email? (the purpose)

You received a pre-debit payment reminder from Ezypay (with the subject line “Your upcoming payment to [MERCHANT NAME]”) to let you know in advance that a scheduled payment will soon be deducted from your account.

This notification is designed to help you manage your finances by giving you time to ensure there are sufficient funds available, helping you avoid failed payments and any associated fees.

I already cancelled my membership. Why did I still receive this notification?

If you have received a written cancellation confirmation from your gym or service provider, you may ignore this pre-debit notification. If you have not received it, please contact your gym or service provider for confirmation.

I requested a hold on my membership, but I still received this email. What should I do?

If you’ve already received confirmation from your gym or service provider that your membership is on hold, you can ignore this pre-debit notification.

If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact your gym or service provider to check the status of your request.
