To support our customers, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Tap to Pay transactions—including how to retrieve payment details, request receipts, and understand refund processes. If you’ve recently made a Tap to Pay transaction and need help, this guide will walk you through what to expect and how to take the next steps.
- Can I get a receipt for the payment made?
- Ezypay does not issue receipts for Ezypay Tap to Pay transactions.
- We can provide a screenshot of the invoice created in EVA (note: customer name and contact details are not displayed).
- For a formal receipt, please contact the merchant directly.
- Someone made a payment using my card. How can I identify the transaction?
- We can search using:
- Transaction ID, or
- First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number.
- This will show transaction and merchant information.
- You will need to contact the merchant for further action.
- Can I get a refund?
- Merchants must initiate the refund process.
- Ezypay does not process refunds directly for Ezypay Tap to Pay transactions.
