How To Delete A Payment Plan

Payment plans created in the Ezypay Platform can be deleted if they are no longer needed. This helps keep your Plans section organised and ensures only active billing options are visible.

📝 Important Notes Before Deletion

• ❌ A plan cannot be deleted if there are any Active, Past Due, or Future subscriptions linked to it.
• ✅ You can delete a plan if all linked subscriptions are in Cancelled or Completed status.
• 👥 To check for any linked subscriptions, open the plan and review the list under “Subscribed Customers.”

🧾 Steps to Delete a Payment Plan

1. Click on the Plans tab in the left navigation menu.
   
2. Select the payment plan you want to delete.
3. In the top right corner of the plan page, click the trash icon 🗑️.
   
   
4. A confirmation prompt will appear — click Remove to confirm deletion.
   
   

Once deleted, the plan will no longer be available for new subscriptions. Make sure all related customer subscriptions are ended before proceeding.
