Payment plans created in the Ezypay Platform can be deleted if they’re no longer needed. This helps keep your Plans section organized and ensures only active billing options are visible.
📝 Important Notes Before Deletion
- ❌ A plan cannot be deleted if there are any Active, Past Due, or Future subscriptions linked to it.
- ✅ You can delete a plan if all linked subscriptions are in Cancelled or Completed status.
- 👥 To check for any linked subscriptions, open the plan and review the list under “Subscribed Customers.”
🧾 Steps to Delete a Payment Plan
- Navigate to plans: Click on the Plans tab in the left navigation menu.
- Select the Payment Plan: Choose the payment plan you want to delete.
- Click the Trash Icon In the top right corner of the plan page, click the trash icon 🗑️.
- Confirm Deletion: A confirmation prompt will appear — click Remove to confirm deletion.
Once deleted, the plan will no longer be available for new subscriptions. ✅ Tip: Make sure all related customer subscriptions are ended before proceeding.
