Ezypay Fee Types, Rates, and Common Questions

List of Ezypay Fees

Below, we have outlined the types of fees that may apply to you.

Load Fee (Setup Fee)

When the business registers you in the Ezypay system, a one-time setup fee may be charged. This covers the administrative process of securely setting up your payment profile.

Transaction Fees

For each payment processed through Ezypay, a transaction fee will apply.

Failed Payment Fees

If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds or an expired card there will be a failed payment fee will be charged.

SMS Notification Fee

Ezypay sends reminders and updates via SMS in specific situations. A $0.55 fee per SMS may be charged depending on your provider's communication settings.


Why are fees too high, or why are there additional charges?

All Ezypay-related fees were communicated to businesses at the start of their journey with Ezypay. For any questions about charges or fee amounts, we recommend reaching out to the business directly, as they manage how these fees are applied and communicated to their customers.


How are the fees decided?

These fees can all be configured to be paid by the customer.

If transaction fees are charged at a percentage (%) rate, and not a fixed ($) amount, this means they will be charged as a percentage (%) of the debit value.
