User Management : How To Create Portal User

This function empowers the designated individual to oversee the portal user for their business operations. Under this tab you can create the portal user by choosing the "+" Icon

This screen will be displayed, and you will need to complete the user details and determine their role.

The Business Administrator role will have access to all functions, including the User Management menu, which enables them to create, deactivate, and reactivate users. Furthermore, they will have the capability to reset the user’s role and assign them to a different location (if the business has multiple locations).

How to Select the User Role

Utilise the radio button to make the selection and subsequently confirm by selecting “Update user.”

How to Assign User to Specific Location

Identify the location to which you wish to grant access to the user. Employ the sliders to activate the user for any location by sliding them to the right and subsequently confirm the selection by selecting “Update user.”
