Can direct debits be set up as per the customers’ preference?

You have the flexibility to alter payment plans to meet your customers’ preferences. Easily set up multiple payment plans with direct debit instructions based on term, quantity or usage. Frequency of payments can range from once-off to annual or even bi-annual, however, transactions will be limited to the Maximum Transaction Value (MTV) that’s agreed upon sign-up. Your MTV can be increased (or decreased) by contacting Ezypay support and is at the discretion of our Risk and Compliance team.
