Ezypay have recently been contacted by a number of people alerting us to an entity that is contacting them claiming to be a representative of Ezypay, and then requesting personal or sensitive business information.
Please be aware this is not an Ezypay practice, and this person/people are in no way part of the Ezypay organisation. Please ensure you do not provide any information to any 3rd party that makes contact claiming to be an Ezypay representative. Ezypay will always use email to reach out to our business clients (merchants) and their customers.
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be a representative of Ezypay and they are making such requests, please get in touch with us directly to validate the call.
If you have any concerns or would like to report a fraudulent call you have received, please email compliance@ezypay.com.
