Failed Payment Fees (FPF) are charged as per the agreement between Ezypay, Ezypay users, and their customers when a payment fails due to a valid response code returned by a bank or downstream payment provider.
Ezypay will only waive FPFs if the payment failure was caused by an error on Ezypay’s end. In all other cases—such as insufficient funds, expired cards, or processing declines from banks or payment providers—the fee remains applicable.
