Product Announcement - August 2024

New Feature:

  • ‘Bill when the plan starts’ option: Instead of billing immediately after payment details have been added, choose to wait until the payment plan start date (billing start date) to commence billing.

Refinements:

  • Accurate day of plan start date: When an Ezypay user chooses to start a payment plan on a specific day (e.g., Wednesday), the plan will begin on the next available Wednesday as intended.
  • Company logo on online signup form: Company logos can now be displayed on online sign-up forms.
  • Duplicate entries in customer and plan lists resolved: Customer and plan lists would occasionally show duplicate entries under certain scenarios, which would only correct after a re-login. This issue has now been fully resolved.
  • Cancel future subscriptions under a plan: Ezypay users can now cancel upcoming subscription payments in a plan after the plan's creation.
  • Subscription start date now updates before creation: When an Ezypay user changes a payment plan start date before clicking ‘Create,’ the new date will be reflected correctly in the subscription summary.

Enhancements:

  • Search invoices by transaction number: Ezypay users can now search for invoices using the transaction number, providing faster and more accurate access to the specific invoices as required.
  • Search customers by customer reference number and Ezypay customer number: Ezypay users can now search for customers using their unique customer reference number.
  • Edit/save subscription date data capture fix: Previously, if a subscription was not activated and start/end dates were entered, this data would not be captured in the backend. This issue has been addressed. Ezypay users can now only edit and save subscription start and end dates if the subscription is set to active.
  • Edit button adjusted for better mobile view experience: The edit button has been adjusted to better fit the visual needs and convenience of mobile users, ensuring easier access and a smoother experience on mobile.
  • Cancel future subscriptions under a plan: We’ve now enhanced the capabilities of the cancel plan function to also apply to active plans.
