Refinements:

  1. Add Payment Method link – now working smoothly
    • The ‘Session Expired’ error that appeared when trying to add a payment method has been resolved.
    • The link now works as expected.
    • Payment method setup can be completed without interruption.
  2. Refund dates are now displayed accurately
    • Refunded items now show the correct refund date on the Ezypay platform.
    • ‘Refund Dates’ now match the actual time the refund was processed.
    • Back-end and platform records are now fully aligned, making it easier to accurately track and manage refunds.
  3. Next Billing Amount – better accuracy
    • Adjusting the ‘Next Billing Amount’ no longer affects the entire subscription.
    • Only the next invoice will reflect the updated amount.
    • Future invoices and the original subscription amount remain unchanged.

Enhancements:

  1. Edit Total Amount Collected for subscriptions
    • The total amount to be collected (TAC) for a subscription can now be adjusted directly in the Edit Subscription screen.
    • A new editable field is available to set a revised total amount.
    • Only active subscriptions can be updated.
    • Changes apply immediately and are reflected in future invoices.
    • Input is validated to accept correct formats (e.g., decimal values).
  2. Smarter customer search when creating subscriptions
    • Finding the right customer is now easier with improved search capabilities.
    • Search now matches both first and last names.
    • Results will show all customers whose first or last name matches the search term.
