How To Edit A Customer's Subscription

The Ezypay Platform allows you to make updates to subscription billing amounts and billing days, giving you flexibility to manage changes for individual invoices or the entire subscription.


✏️ Options for Editing a Customer's Subscription

You can choose to:

Modify a single upcoming invoice, or

Update the entire subscription’s billing settings


🔄 Edit a Single Future Invoice

To change the billing date or amount for one specific invoice:

  1. Go to the Customers tab.
  2. Select the customer’s profile.

  3. Click on the subscription you want to modify.

  4. Scroll to the Future Invoices section.

  5. Locate the invoice you wish to edit and click Edit.

  6. In the pop-up window, update the billing date and/or amount.

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

🔧 Edit the Entire Subscription

To update the recurring billing day or amount across the subscription:

1. From the subscription details card, click the pencil icon 🖉 next to the relevant field.

Change the Billing Day:

  • Click the pencil icon beside the billing frequency.

  • Choose the new billing day from the dropdown.

Change the Subscription Amount:

  • Click the pencil icon next to the Amount field.
  • Enter the new amount and save the update.

✅ Reviewing Your Changes

  • Go to the Future Invoices section to confirm the updates.
  • Refresh the page or reselect the customer profile if changes aren’t showing immediately.
