What To Do If Your Payment Fails

A payment failure by the bank can happen for several reasons. Here are the most common ones:

  1. Insufficient funds: the account linked to your card or payment method doesn't have enough money to cover the transaction. Other reasons could be pending transactions not yet cleared or exceeding daily card transaction limits.  Please contact your bank for further clarification.
  2. Card expired: The card used may be expired thus declined by the issuing bank.
  3. Fraud detection: The bank may have flagged the transaction as suspicious.
  4. Closed bank account: If your bank account has been closed, payments will fail. Contact your gym or service provider to update your payment details.

To resolve outstanding payment, you may utilise the 'PayNow' link provided in the failed payment notification email.
