How To Add A Customer Without Subscription

Adding a customer to the Ezypay Portal without immediately subscribing them to a payment plan is a straightforward process. This allows you to store customer details in the system and manage their subscriptions at a later time.

Follow the steps below to add a customer without a subscription:

1. In the left navigation pane, click 'Customers'.
   
2. Click the plus button (+) at the top to open the customer creation wizard.
   
3. Enter the required details and click 'Save'.
   
4. You can choose to immediately subscribe the customer to a payment plan or click 'Done'.
