I Clicked on “Forgot Password” But Didn’t Receive the Reset Email – What Should I Do?

If you’ve requested a password reset but did not receive the reset email, here’s what you can do:

  • Make sure you’ve entered the correct registered email address.
  • Check your spam or junk folder, as the reset email might have been filtered there.

    📧 Look out for an email from Ezypay noreply@ezypay.com with the subject “Need to change your password?”

2️⃣ Still Didn’t Receive It?

If the email is still missing, please contact us for further assistance.
