I Forgot My Password – How Can I Reset It?

If you’ve forgotten your login password, the Ezypay Platform allows you to easily perform a self-service password reset. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account:

Steps to Reset Your Password:

1️⃣ Go to https://portal.ezypay.com/login and click “Login”.

2️⃣ Click on “Need help signing in?”, then select “Forgot password”.

3️⃣ Enter your registered email address and click “Reset via Email”.

4️⃣ A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.

🔎 Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it right away.

📧 Look out for an email from Ezypay noreply@ezypay.com with the subject “Need to change your password?”

⏳ Note: The reset link in the email is valid for 1 hour only.

5️⃣ Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

✅ Once completed, you’ll be able to log in with your new password.
